Q: How fast can you deliver?
A: Pretty Fast, or so my clients tell me! But there's no blanket answer here because it depends on the scope of the project. We'll talk about your deadlines and set a clear timeline upfront. In most cases you’ll get first drafts within 5-7 days, and revisions within a day or two, depending on the complexity of the changes. If you have an urgent campaign, just let me know: I can often prioritize your project so you never miss your deadline.
Q: What if I’m not happy with the design?
A: This rarely happens because I listen to your feedback and keep tweaking after each proof, until you’re satisfied. The first two revisions are always included, and if additional changes or a rework of the design is needed, I'm always upfront with any additional costs before continuing the project. My goal is 100% satisfaction, so I’ll stay on it until the design reflects exactly what you want. But to be honest, the 2 included revisions are usually all that is needed. If for some reason, it's just not working out, you'll only owe for the design time spent up to that point.
Q: How does pricing work?
A: I’m transparent about costs. You can purchase standard design items at the prices listed, or get a quote for custom needs before we start—no hidden fees. My clients often say it’s always such a “great value” for professional design done so quickly and reliably. I can work with you on one-off projects or a monthly retainer, whichever fits your budget and needs.
Q: Do I get the source files for my designs?
A: I never keep your designs hostage. But I've found that most clients don't want the confusion of dealing with the original source files, since they can be quite large and can only be opened with the program they were created in. So I usually provide the final print-ready files or files formatted in the best form for the intended use. However, you can always request your original source files, if/when needed.
