RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

Most of our products are made-to-order designs that are created to meet your specific needs. So we do not offer refunds once production begins. If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately at secretdesignagent@gmail.com. If work hasn’t started on your custom design, we may be able to cancel and refund your order. If there is an error or typo on your completed order, we will get it fixed right away and will send a new file.

When you place an order, we will reach out to you if any additional information or content is needed. Likewise, please reach out by phone or email, if you have any additions or changes to your order. 

 

Customer Satisfaction is always our goal, so we always include 2 rounds of changes, as needed, with every design order. Any additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate of $120/hr., in 15 minute increments.

Instant Downloads: For any products that are marked "Instant Download", these are digital files that are not customized, and are delivered immediately after purchase. Because of this, we do not offer cancellations or refunds for any reason.
