Includes:
8 posts per month — roughly 2 posts per week
Basic content design/creation, including graphics & stock images
Captions + scheduling on up to 2 social media platforms
Light community support:
Reposting tagged customer photos as available
Liking and reacting to comments (2x/week)
Sharing occasional relevant stories from customers or partners
Package 3 — Premium Social Media — $600/month
Includes:
15 posts per month — roughly every other day across selected platforms
Mixed content formats — photos, graphics, reels/short videos
Captions + scheduling — fully managed posting
Monthly promotional graphic — for special events, sales, or seasonal campaigns
Enhanced community management — includes:
Monitoring tags, mentions, comments, and messages on a regular schedule
Reposting tagged customer content and highlighting employee or customer stories
Responding to comments and maintaining visibility through likes and story shares
Client Responsibilities
To ensure content is accurate and aligned with your brand, you (the client) will provide:
Product information and details to be featured in posts
Current promotions, sales, or events
Customer testimonials, quotes, or other relevant content
Branding assets (logos, colors, fonts)
Access to social media accounts for scheduling and posting
Optional store or product photography can be coordinated if desired, for local businesses in central Arizona.
