Stock Photography/Illustrations are included in all Unlimited Plans, Project Rates & Hourly Rates. However, if your project requires specific stock images, graphics or fonts that are not available in our current subscription, we will notify you of any additional costs for these items.

UNLIMITED PLANS: These plans require a 2 month minimum and are non-refundable, once work has begun. After the first two months, your plan will continue on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds will only be given if cancelled within 1 week of the most recent payment, and no work has begun within that time. Unlimited Design is limited to one project at a time (or 2 for Diamond), meaning that 1 project must be finished before moving on to the next one. Revisions will only be granted while you are a paying member of the plan. If you cancel your plan, you may still get project revisions at our hourly rate.

PROJECT RATES: Project Rates require payment upfront. All project rates quoted, include two rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate, in 15 min increments. Finished design files are provided in print-ready PDF format or a format most appropriate for use. Original source files are not included in Project Rates, but can be purchased for an additional fee. If you require editable source files, please specify upfront when asking for a project estimate.

HOURLY RATE: Projects billed on an hourly basis are calculated in increments of .25 hours. So for our $120/hr rate, 15 minutes of work is billed at $30. Finished design files are provided in print-ready PDF format or a format most appropriate for use. Original source files are not included in our hourly rate, but can be purchased for an additional fee as needed.
